It actively participates in the growth and development of communities around its Plants, reducing environmental pollution and protecting natural resources for use by future generations.

Various community development programs have been instituted that include free education, vocational training programs and free health and eye check-ups. The Group is actively involved in various tree plantation drives conducted in the surrounding areas of its factories. It provides financial aid to construct schools and parks that help in the overall development of children from the surrounding communities. The Group also ensures the total health and safety of the employees in its various verticals by conducting periodical training and audit programs.

As part of Binani Group’s social commitment, it has ensured that its operations benefit local population – 84% of the supply labour is from Rajasthan, with almost 46% from Sirohi district, and nearly 83% of the permanent employees are from Rajasthan.

• Instituted an award through the National Metallurgical Institute for outstanding achievement in this field through its charitable body

•  BCL Trust, periodically conducts free eye camps, offers donations and also provides scholarships to the underprivileged through its other charitable body

•  In another notable initiative, the group has instituted the ‘Ghanshyam Binani Children's Bravery Award’, an annual award event

•The group also keenly promotes the well-being of its employees by building housing complexes, schools, hospitals, community centres and picturesque gardens
