Tamil Writer receives Vatsalya Award

The Vatsalaya award instituted by the Padma Binani Foundation was conferred upon Dr. Poovannan at the hands of Dr. Indu Shahani, Sheriff of Mumbai. Justice (Retired Chandrashekhar Dharmadhikari, Ms. Padma Binani were present at the occasion.
