We have nurtured a strong learning and performance oriented driven environment by providing training and practical exposure to employees

We conduct group and individual training needs analysis at the time of annual performance appraisals. We assess competencies. Gaps are identified and based on training requirements suggested by the Manager, a training calendar is prepared for employees. Our training programs also include value-based teachings that help enhance motivational levels among our people.
