Over the years BIL has been recognized and looked upon for its various achievements. All these awards have encouraged the Company further in excelling at everything it does and move steadily towards setting greater benchmarks.

•	The Govt. of Mauritius presented the Achievers Excellence Award to Braj Binani Group for their extraordinary professional achievements and the Group's outstanding contribution towards development of strong trade relations between India and Mauritius.
•	BCL has won many a prestigious awards and recognitions like Greentech Environment Excellence Gold Award, CII-ITC Sustainability Award and Certificate of Merit for Productivity to name a few.
•	BCL has also received the National Award for its excellence in 'Thermal Energy Performance' for two consecutive years.
•	In China the Juxian Government honoured our Shandong Binani Rongan Cement Co. Ltd. with 4 different awards for its performance during 2008 which were for ‘Foreign Investment Special Contribution', 'Economic Working Contribution – Bronze’, 'Foreign Export Leading Enterprise’ and the 'Outstanding & Good Faith Enterprise'.
•	Binani Zinc  was recognised for its energy conservation efforts with the 'Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial National Award'
•	In 2009 Binani Zinc  also got the 'Best Safety Committee Award' from the National Safety Council of India
•	Binani Zinc has received the Greentech Environment Excellence Award in Metal & Mining sector.
•	Binani Zinc has also received the Pollution Control Award from the Kerala State Pollution Control Board for several years.
•	The safety of its people has always been of great priority to Binani Zinc. The Company is honoured with numerous awards like 'The Industrial Safety Award' from the National Safety Council of India and 'Industry Excellence Award' from Institution of Engineers.
•	And recently in 2009, the Company got the 'Best Safety Committee Award' at state level from the National Safety Council of India.
•	Binani Zinc has also been honoured with the Certificate of excellence for outstanding performance in Industrial Safety from Govt. of Kerala as 'Best Occupational Health Centre' and has gained first prize among the occupational health centres in the State for its Ghanshyam Binani Health Centre.
